Aer Lingus prices Seattle-Dublin are currently $1092 for two weeks in mid-August, but Kayak suggests that prices may go down again in the next seven days, and suggests waiting on purchase with 79% confidence. For now, I'm waiting...

Yes, if it drops under a grand that will be trigger-pull time. I don't expect it to get better than that.

My experience is that the price Kayak lists is final price out the door. I'm prepared to be sad if that's not true for international flights, but it's certainly been the case for domestic travel.

There was some regulation change a year or so ago and all the online sites are now required to give actual price, including taxes. So what you see is what you get.

They include the tax in the prices now... but it's a shockingly large amount of the price you pay.
