MD had two women and two little kids shot because of a bad drug deal, but they'd been living in a room above a garage without running water and electricity. The officers had to go in wearing hazmat suits and take out 10 tons of compressed stuff, including containers of feces. The brother of one of the women said that it wasn't trash, it was things they were selling.
