Good sense prevails at last. Perhaps our Russian Overlords aren't all bad, or something.

It seems LJ has reversed itself on the "adult content" requirement for bare breasts and such. If there were any justice in the world, there would be some heads exploding among the sillier screaming meemies of the Great Boob Project Debate right about now, but that presupposes the ability to even notice a logical contradiction, let alone be bothered by it.

On another topic entirely, I got my airline tickets to Minnesota today, so I guess I'm going. Jordin isn't so I guess we could share a room if you want.

That does make it that much more tempting, for sure. Let me discuss with His Nibs, on whether he wants to go and how best to handle the airfare, before I commit, but if I am going, I definitely would like to share a room.

Keen beans!

Okay, they can have my money again.

I continue to be very suspicious of Our Russian Overlords.

I think suspicion (at least) is a very reasonable response to Our Russian Overlords. There are lots of things to be (at least) suspicious about. I mean I Got Mine when it comes to free memberships and all, but I still prefer that when someone is out to make money off content that I (in part) am generating, that they be cognizant of the fact and not try to pretend my value away. Or something.

But for now, LJ is the best substitute I have for RASFF-that-was, and it allows me to keep abreast (sort-of) of the gossip of my tribe, so I am unlikely to shift unless the oppression becomes too oppressive. By and large, LJ works for me in the practical sphere, and so I am content to ignore the theoretical sphere. Arguably, it's thinking like that that eventually drove me from the teat of Libertarianism.

Also off-topic: One of your neighbors needs a lesson in mammals.
