What Good is a Glass Nail File?

Quite a lot of good, as it turns out. While Jenn and Sue were in town, we took the opportunity of showing them some of our favorite haunts around town, including Afishionado Gallery at the Fishermen's Terminal. Sue spotted these marvelous little decorated glass nail files -- the file itself is roughened borosilicate glass. They're pretty, they work really well, and they make a better-than-good substitute for my Diamond Deb, ever since the latter manufacturer switched from ordinary cross-cut teeth to an annoying nubbly surface that does a bad job and feels awful.
So, like some Manicure World three musketeers (fileteers?), we each came away with one. Who says I can't make with teh girly? Did I mention my laptop is pink?
