I haven't tried his work, but just by making so much money for Tor that they could afford to publish and pay more of their midlist, he made my world better.
I know, and I kind of fear what will happen now. Their other big earner is Terry Goodkind...he's no Robert Jordan, but he might help keep that midlist going.
