We Now Resume Normal Weather Programming

Today it is drippy, wet, grey, green, and 41 degrees Farenheit. All signs of snow vanished like a fever dream. Seattle in January resumes its normal shape. Indeed, I venture to predict that, now that my stock of silk undershirts and cashmere-lined gloves has been replenished, the rest of the winter will be mild and uneventful.

Chicago is approaching normal for a while, too. In December there must have been two weeks in the 40s. That's Just Wrong.
Now, it isn't supposed to get above freezing for a week. In an uncomfortable way, that's a relief.
