The sun came out again today, and so I took my lunch hour to go out and play with the new office camera -- a Panasonic Lumix not unlike the one Hal just bought us for home. The macro capacity is startlingly good at times. I took a close-up of some leaves, and I didn't even notice the raindrops catching the light on them until I looked at the photo. The building you see through the branches in the picture here is Savery Hall, the building I work in. Which is just one of the things I love about working here.

Well done.

I learned today that the bus which goes right outside Larry's is a line 36, which goes straight downtown in about 25 mins or so. I'd brought along both the camera and my bus pass, just in case. So I, too, have pics that I'll be working on posting later.

Oh? I assume then that your evil twin (I also assume you have one) must work in Unsavery Hall.

The jokes are inevitable, aren't they? The Puget Sound area seems particularly prone to that sort of thing. One of the public transit entities in the area is "Sound Transit." Naturally, we're glad they think so.
