Robert Anton Wilson Dying

Apparently, Robert Anton Wilson has only a couple of months left to live and has fallen into penury, although, happily, thanks to the the fundraising effort spearheaded by BoingBoing, it looks like he won't be evicted from his own deathbed.

So now the rent's covered, but I would guess that money is always a helpful thing.

For that matter, if he's an author who's affected your life and you wanted to tell him so, well, he's not dead *yet*. If he's surprised that people care enough to help, maybe he wouldn't mind knowing *why* they care enough to help...
