I really enjoy the Northwest Profiles ad campaign that Pemco has been running for a while now. Whoever writes them is often a keen observer of local eccentricities. And I think it's really cool that they've turned the profiles into trading cards. That's fun. Therefore it's a real shame that their web interface was so borked when Hal last tried to get rate quotes that he was forced to find someone else to buy insurance from, because the online web form was so broken he couldn't even submit a request for a rate quote.
Free tip from the cluetrain: A clever ad campaign won't help that much if you make it hard to investigate or purchase your product, guys.

And, note, I was checking them out because of this very same long-running ad campaign.
