The Meditation of the Tree

Tree is up, overfreighted with lights, baubles, Swedish flag garland, and paper snow flakes. You have to have paper snow flakes, they make the tree. Someday when I have the fortitude to do a minimalist tree, it will be strictly white lights, red glass balls, and white paper snowflakes. You don't need any more than that. Everything else is overkill, but what is Christmas if not the season of overkill?
