The Knitted Infundibulum

Among the projects I finally took pictures of was my first take on TNH's knitted infundibulum -- a cowl-cum-hood very much in the medieval style. I finished my first one a while back, using, amusingly enough, some yarn that Karen Shaffer had given me some time back when I was in San Hose Jose. For the inveterately curious, the project can be seen here. At least I believe it can -- I've made that page publicly viewable to non-Ravelers, so let me know if it doesn't work.

Heh. I would have to do a lot more blogging to give them a run for their money -- and become a much better photographer along the way. But it's a kind thought, and amusing -- thanks!

He certainly has the patience and forbearance of a saint, all things considered.

Oo, I like that. I will have to knit myself one. I was thinking of knitting some sort of moebius thing. Maybe this instead.

Well, it's easy, versatile, and easily modified to suit the amount of yarn you have, so it's a nice project, that way. And by golly it will keep your shoulders warm.
