And just FYI, I have now tested the PayPal voting and it works fine -- the main thing is you have to realize that you wait until the screen just before you pay and use the "Add a note to the Seller" button to add your voting information, and fan reference in case you are not known to the US administrator who is currently Jacq Monahan.
